Second class delivery costs £3.95 and is free on orders over £75. We despatch the parcels using either Royal Mail or Yodel. Typically they take 2-3 day to arrive with you from the despatch date. Second class is not on any tracked or ‘signed for’ service. Our First Class option costs £5.95 and is sent using Royal Mail’s Signed For Service. This takes 1-2 days from dispatch. We are able to supply the tracking details on request.
It may be possible for us to offer a ‘next day’ service with Royal Mail Special Delivery so if your order is urgent, and you’d like it to arrive next day please contact us on 07890 348196 or 07711 581227 to discuss other delivery options. If Royal Mail next day Special Delivery is available, there will be a cost of £9.95 (excludes Saturday delivery). If requested, Saturday Special Delivery costs £15.95 but please be aware that from our experience we have found that this service can be unreliable at the place of delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders received and accepted before 4pm Monday to Friday within 2 working days unless we advise you otherwise at the time of ordering. Please note that occasionally items may appear as on ‘back order’. This means there will be a longer lead time but we will be in touch via email to keep you up to date with an expected despatch date.
All delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change. We are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage arising from delivery at any time other than the estimated one.
Above all, we want you to love your Flutterby Jewellery. But if something goes wrong, here is the legal bumpf that tells you how we handle it.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible and within 2 working days in any event.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £6 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a jiffy bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Please include your name and order number and then send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items we recommend the use of the Royal Mail “Signed For” service or similar and to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
