I met Lou and Sal at the London International Horse Show in December 2024 while attending the event with my mum. I had a specific view of what I wanted for my wedding jewellery and the girls helped me create my look! Lou literally took apart jewellery and made my custom pieces on the spot. I chose my pearls, and the appropriate fittings. They were so patient, reminding me at every step that there was no commitment to buy. I ended up leaving with a set of earrings, a necklace, and a bracelet. My mum later added an anklet to the set. The jewellery is so beautiful, it was perfect for my wedding in August 2025 and I have worn them many times since. The team at Flutterby were helpful and enthusiastic, but not pushy. They really understood what I wanted and they clearly love their products and brand! I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
