Caroline Idiens is a PT, Strength Training Expert and the founder of membership platform Caroline’s Circuits [https://carolinescircuits.com/] Since becoming a PT in 2001, Caroline worked 1-1 with clients for many years before shifting her focus to group exercise and classes focused on circuit work which is where the name Caroline’s Circuits originated. Caroline’s passion has always been strength training and is an advocate for the role it can play in supporting physical and mental health as we get older. In 2020 she took her classes online and built the Caroline’s Circuits membership platform. In the last couple of years she’s been featured as a fitness expert in the likes of The Sunday Telegraph, Good Housekeeping and Women’s Fitness and even counts BBC Radio 2’s Zoe Ball as a superfan.
We so admire what she’s achieved both in building an incredible business and the phenomenal way she’s built her online presence as a fitness professional but also somewhat of a fashionista, working with brands from Debenhams to Aspiga. Her Instagram audience has grown to over 190k followers who, like us, love her blend of fashion and fitness. Of course she was on our list of fabulous women to sit down and quiz about all things festive fashion and Christmas shenanigans… We were so excited to catch up with her on her work, her style and her favourite bits about Christmas!
