We will replace where possible or refund items with manufacturing defects or where unexpected tarnishing has occurred (provided items are used in accordance with our care guidelines enclosed This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to I find out what size bracelet I want?
Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.

All our sterling silver jewellery is stamped with ‘925’ to demonstrate that it is the same purity of silver as sterling silver. Items which weigh more than 7.78g will also be hallmarked. Usually this will be with our own Flutterby hallmark which is registered with the Assay Office.
