For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund carriage costs up to £6 if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
