For a comfortable fit, take a tape measure, place two fingers from your other hand on top of your wrist and note the measurement around your wrist including the two fingers. You may need to get someone else to help you! This should give you a good fit for your bracelet. Our jewellery stands up to regular wear and tear but occasionally life happens and customers find they break something. As part of our sustainability policy, we repair jewellery whenever possible, recycle what it is not possible to repair so do get in touch with us.
What happens if my jewellery is faulty?
We take great care to ensure all of our jewellery meets our high quality standards but on very rare occasions, faults arise. We offer a one-year guarantee on all our jewellery. We will replace where possible or refund items with manufacturing defects or where unexpected tarnishing has occurred (provided items are used in accordance with our care guidelines enclosed This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How do I find out what length of chain I need?

How to I find out what size bracelet I want?
Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.

All our sterling silver jewellery is stamped with ‘925’ to demonstrate that it is the same purity of silver as sterling silver. Items which weigh more than 7.78g will also be hallmarked. Usually this will be with our own Flutterby hallmark which is registered with the Assay Office.

We use different metals for different pieces in our jewellery collection.
