If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 100 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £6 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Please include your name and order number and then send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items we recommend the use of the Royal Mail tracked service or similar and to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
