How do I return an item?
Above all, we want you to love your Flutterby Jewellery. But if something goes wrong, here is the legal bumpf that tells you how we handle it.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 100 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund carriage costs up to £6 if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
