If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 100 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund carriage costs up to £6 if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. When returning items, please use a tracked service such as Royal Mail and obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
