If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 100 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund carriage costs up to £6 if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. How do I return an item?
Above all, we want you to love your Flutterby Jewellery. But if something goes wrong, here is the legal bumpf that tells you how we handle it.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 100 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund carriage costs up to £6 if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Please include your name and order number and then send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items, please use a tracked service such as Royal Mail and obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes of course, providing the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging within the timeframe set out in our returns policy. Email us your request, and we'll handle the exchange and any payment or refund. Please note there may be additional delivery charges.

Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
