Our jewellery stands up to regular wear and tear but occasionally life happens and customers find they break something. As part of our sustainability policy, we repair jewellery whenever possible, recycle what it is not possible to repair so do get in touch with us.

We take great care to ensure all of our jewellery meets our high quality standards but on very rare occasions, faults arise. We offer a one-year guarantee on all our jewellery. Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
