Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Please include your name and order number and then send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items, please use a tracked service such as Royal Mail and obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes of course, providing the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging within the timeframe set out in our returns policy. Email us your request, and we'll handle the exchange and any payment or refund. Please note there may be additional delivery charges.
How do I get my refund?Once your returned items have been received and checked, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 5 working days for the funds to reach your bank.

Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
