To keep your jewellery looking its best we recommend you:
💎 Store jewellery individually in the anti-tarnish pouch we provide in a cool, dry place.
💎 Avoid contact with sprays, lotions and make up.
💎 Remove before showering and swimming.
💎 Clean silver jewellery with a silver polishing cloth.
💎 Clean gold vermeil/gold fill jewellery by gently rubbing with a microfibre cloth.

What happens if I break my jewellery?
Our jewellery stands up to regular wear and tear but occasionally life happens and customers find they break something. As part of our sustainability policy, we repair jewellery whenever possible, recycle what it is not possible to repair so do get in touch with us.
What happens if my jewellery is faulty?
We take great care to ensure all of our jewellery meets our high quality standards but on very rare occasions, faults arise. We offer a one-year guarantee on all our jewellery. How to I find out what size bracelet I want?
Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
