How do I get my discount code?
When you sign up to receive our discount code, you will be emailed a discount code to use on your first order. Occasionally this can take up to 10 minutes. If you need to process the order sooner and no email appears, please contact us and we will give you a code to use.

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 100 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are unused, returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund carriage costs up to £6 if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a protective postal box or bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original Flutterby packaging. Please include your name and order number and then send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items, please use a tracked service such as Royal Mail and obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Take a piece of string and wind it round your wrist. Measure the length of it to the place where the string crossed. We suggest adding 1.5-2cm for a comfortable fit but you may wish to have the bracelet tighter or looser on your wrist.
